Modern Eye Care came to us requesting a multi-step payment form integrated with Authorize.Net to allow their customers to pay for orders online.  We created a multi-step form that collected all relevant information, processed the payment through Authorize.Net, provided a confirmation page, and also an email receipt.  We then provided the payment form in a ligthbox to provide a streamlined end-user experience.
